Ribbon Tilda

Good Morning

I hope that all of you lovely people are doing well and that you have all had an awesome weekend.  I think that I have been able to enjoy the weather more than most of the overseas blog visitors, here in South Africa we had some lovely rain over the weekend, but there was enough sun shine to make it a very enjoyable weekend.  However, the cold weather makes for a good reason to stay indoors and just spend the time crafting.

But now enough about the weather.  Today I would like to share my newest Tilda card with you.  I wanted to colour her dress in a different colour than what I usually do and then I found this lovely piece of black handmade paper in my stash.  I love the way it all came together.

My Tilda with her "blackish" dress.

Sorry about this photo, it is one of those that turned by itself and there is no reason to explain why and neither do I know how to fix it, but it does not matter as the focus of this photo is the lovely purple flowers.

This card will go into my emergency box, for those times when a girl needs a card but do not have the time to make one.  I am not sure if you have noticed but I rarely put a text on the card, as I prefer to add the text, when I know what the occasion is.

Thank you for visiting my blog, please leave me a comment as I love to hear what you have to say.  I will also love it if you would become a follower of my blog.

Have a great day.
Hugs,
Marika

Hand made yellow paper

Good Morning

Today I would like to share a card that I made using a piece of handmade paper.  The yellow piece on the right hand side of the card, it actually covers the whole front of the card, but it is covered by the yellow card stock on the left.  The Tilda is as usual Ribbon Tilda.

I just love the bright yellow and green combination.  I must say that I am really surprised by the different looks the same stamp have if you just change the colours used to colour the image.

Have a great weekend and I hope that you will all have a wonderful time crafting.

Hugs,
Marika
